Free shipping for USA orders over $100!

 

If you can find $100 worth of gear (how couldn't you?) and are having it delivered within the lower 48 States then we will hook you up with FedEx ground shipping completely FREE. 

Average shipping times for ground packages range from 3-5 business days depending on delivery location.
Some items may be drop-shipped direct from our vendor to you and may take an extra day for order processing.

* Free shipping is via US Postal for orders over $1000 (of non-sale items and may exclude oversized items)

Shipping costs will be quoted after the order is received.  Your credit card will not be billed until the shipping charges are applied.

Special Shipping Needs and Restrictions: 

 

All orders with non-matching billing and shipping addresses will require a valid phone number for voice verification. Larger orders may require shipping address or identity verification (copy of driver's license, bill, etc.)

What to expect after your order is placed:

 

You will receive two emails regarding your order.

     1)  Order Confirmation / Receipt (within a few minutes)

     2)  Shipping Confirmation within 24 hours of order shipment*

* Orders ships 1-2 business days after the date of purchase (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

 
 

What if something happens during shipping?

 

We are shipping experts and have been doing this for 13 years now- we rarely make mistakes. However when you ship things, sometimes "stuff" happens. Once in a while a package will unexpectedly fall out of an airplane or off a camel in Egypt.

 

We always take care of our customers and acknowledge that damage from shipping is NOT your responsibility.  If you encounter any issues with your order, please call us right away.  Whether your package arrives scratched, smashed, or you get someone else's gear, we will make sure things get worked out.  We will cover any cost to ship things back to us and send out a replacement.  If the same item is no longer available and you aren’t interested in anything else, we will be happy to refund you completely, including any shipping fees.  Ordering from Kite Line means you're going to get taken care of.
