Kite Line Return Policy

 

We want you 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If not just let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.

 

We only accept unused items returned for refund within 30 days from date of delivery. All items returned must be in their original packaging. Kites must be unused and still in its package with an unbroken seal.

 

Discounted items and special orders are non-returnable unless there is an unspecified manufacturer error and the product must be unused, unless otherwise specified.

 

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of refunded items both from Kite-Line and to Kite-Line. If you received Free shipping to you on the returned items, you will be due the actual shipping costs to you that Kite-Line incurred.

 

At our discretion there may be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items to cover the costs of administration for your order and return.

 

Damaged Items:

Kite-Line must be informed within 48 hours of you receiving the goods if your order was damaged in shipment.

 

The warranty policy of the manufacturing company applies for each specific item in case of damage and defect.

 

Please read the warranty policy of the manufacturing company before proceeding any further.

 

If the damage of the item is covered by the warranty please proceed like specified Within the US: We offer easy returns and exchanges by mail.

 

In the event of you having a concern:

1. Please contact Kite-Line by phone, fax or email.

2. We will give you further instructions depending on the country and circumstances. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
