Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a US bank.

Paying by check does slow down your order, because we send your items until your check is received and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear.

Kite-Line orders are usually sent within 24hrs of receiving payment Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time providing the items are in stock.

Shipping times reflect the time it takes for the package to travel from our shop to your door and the level of shipping options you have paid for.

Kite-Line can not accept responsibility for shipping delays caused by disasters, natural or otherwise, or slight delays caused by shipping companies.

ALL items are subject to availability and will ship when available.

Methods of payment:
You can pay by Visa and Mastercard, or a check/money order denominated in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. All of our prices are listed in US dollars.

Customs Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Kite-Line.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We only accept unused items returned for refund within 7 days from date of delivery. All items returned must be in their original packaging. Kites must be unused and still in its package with an unbroken seal.

Discounted items and special orders are non-returnable unless there is an unspecified manufacturer error and the product must be unused, unless otherwise specified.

All items are refundable for Kite-Line store credit only, this is redeemable within 6 months of the return confirmation date.

We do not accept already opened packages. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of refunded items both from Kite-Line and to Kite-Line. If you received Free shipping to you on the returned items, you will be due the actual shipping costs to you that Kite-Line incurred.

There is a minimum 15% restocking fee for all returned items to cover the costs of administration for your order and return.

Damaged Items
Kite-Line must be informed within 48 hours of you receiving the goods if your order was damaged in shipment.

The warranty policy of the manufacturing company applies for each specific item in case of damage and defect.

In the event of you having a concern

2.We will give you further instructions depending on the country and circumstances. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
